Mr Abiodun Osifola been appointed as a Senior Consultant in charge of Building Rental Units at Okuns Global, Nigeria Ltd. He will be heading and supervising all Okuns Global Properties Nationwide in Nigeria. Mr. Williams Osifola has worked on a consultancy basis with Okuns Global Nigeria, Ltd since 2017 till date and have supervised completions of more than 10 units comprises 3, 2 & 1 bedroomsstand-alone units. Abiodun is a young, dynamic and highly motivated engineer with a rare skill for excellence in service delivery. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Engineering from University of Ibadan Nigeria, he continues to lead the building services industry with quality service and best practices. He joined Alaba Engineering Company Limited, an Engineering, Procurement and Construction firm as a Building Engineer where he relentlessly contributed to the success of major projects for the company which stand as reference till date. After his time at Alaba Engineering Company Limited, he moved to Adebayo Ventilation Limited, an air-conditioning design and installation company where he further improved his engineering expertise with key on Ventilation & Air Conditioning (VAC) systems. Again Abiodun exceptional passion and dedication led him to Monterosal Construction Company, where he worked in various capacities across various building engineering disciplines.. He is a member of chartered Institute of Project Management , and an associate member at Nigerian Institute of Safety professionals .He demonstrated leadership strength, interpersonal skill, and proven ability to recognize innovators and deliver on quality service, Abiodun leads the way into the future of building services engineering in Nigeria and Africa at large.
