Remember! Your knock down is not a knock out, It is a set up for a lift up and your setback will become a setup for lifting, Hard-pressed and not crushed, Perplexed but not in despair,, Persecuted not forsaken, Struck down but not destroyed, Troubled but not distressed,
Fall down several times but not totally cast down for you shall rise again.
When you stop under the tree of discouragement, when you entertain evil report, just understand this that It may be the fact but not the truth. When we doubt God – when we don’t trust God and when you are looking at the storms around you just remember our focus must be on the Lord.
Get ready for your lift up even when we think we have fail God, His mercies endure forever. He is faithful and just to forgive for there is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit and also remember your past is not your future, God is not going to consult your past for your future and his grace is sufficient. God will turn the evil to good only when you are looking onto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith and the joy that has been set before us.
Remember, you are at the bus stop and not long there, you are going through but not stuck there, despite all these things, you are more than a conqueror. God did not bring you far to leave you. Never give up, God has called you, Remember the call and the purpose, Remember the companionship, you are not alone, He is with you, he will not leave you nor forsake you. Remember the consolation for you will be rewarded and God’s unfolding grace is always there
The affliction is for a moment. These hard times are small potatoes to be compared with the lavish celebration prepared for us. There is no glory without a story, no triumph without tribulations and no testimony without testing. Let us rely on God’s wisdom, strength and grace. Remember the story of Job, Paul and David in the bible. Be encouraged and it is stated “David encouraged himself”
In the midst of the storm, rise up and shine, when situation throws you down, get up and remain standing, be bold, be strong for the Lord our God is with you and remember greater is He that is in you than He that is in the world.
